Consultant, Interculturalist and speaker in Human and Organizational Development. Business administrator specialized in Leadership and People Management. I have 20 years of solid international corporate experience in human resources, in Brazil and the United States, and I have worked for large companies, including Boticário, ExxonMobil and Aker Solutions.
I hold a degree in Business Administration (UP/PR) as well as an MBA in People Management and Leadership (UP/PR). I have also completed courses in Group Dynamics (SBDG), Executive Coaching (Institute of Leadership and Management of London) and Organizational Transactional Analysis (UNAT).
I have 20 years of experience working with organizations and substantial international corporate experience in human resources, with an emphasis on people development. I am also experienced in project implementations for performance management, people and leadership development, work environment surveys and the preparation of expatriates/teams via international exposure. Additionally, I have completed courses in Cross Cultural Awareness (RLC) and Cultural Intelligence (E. Plum) in Europe and I have 11 years of experience in multicultural projects and environments.
Currently, I have been the owner of Light Up Human Development since 2015.
In addition to teaching post-graduate university courses, I am the director of People Management Best Practices at ABRH PR (2016-2018), and was the former director for Development Space at ABRH-PR (2014-2016).
She is currently the owner of Light Up Desenvolvimento Humano, where she has worked since 2015.
