I was delighted with the course content covered in a clear, light and objective way, the exercises make us reflect. Are we protagonists or supporting actors? It makes us think about how we are acting in the job market, how much we are investing in our Self Management. The content makes perfect sense in our daily lives, its applicability, insights, recognition of strengths, the importance of skills development, locus of controls that are fundamental. I was surprised by the teaching methodology and didactics of the contents. The course dynamics is fantastic, we have available the development journey with tasks to enhance our learning, the knowledge "pills", some complementary videos, in addition to all the activities being carried out in online groups, to exchange our experiences and at the end to clarify our doubts with the instructor. I didn't imagine that this course would be so transformative in my life, it gave me motivation and desire to make a difference, especially in this moment of a pandemic where we are more prone to discouragement.
